6. Did the solar company promise you a "tax refund"? If so how much?

7. Did the solar company promise to lower your bill or a low, fixed rated electric bill?

For example: "We promised you won't pay more than $50 a month on your electric bill."

8. Did the solar company promise you a "buy back" program, where you could sell the surplus of electricity back to the electric company?

9. Did the solar company promise you would retain power during power outages? If so, have you experienced a power outage?

10. What other promises did the solar company make about the benefits of purchasing their solar panel system?

11. Did you take out a loan to finance the purchase of the solar panels?

12. Did anyone disclose a lien on the solar panels?

13. Was anyone else present during the sales pitch or when the contract was signed? (If yes, please provide their full names and their relationship to you.)
